As a cupboard manufacturer in Durban and Pretoria, we’ve made it a priority to manage our own cupboard manufacturing facility because we don’t believe in using cheap imports. Our 1600 square metre factory is based in KwaZulu-Natal’s Cato Ridge, and uses nothing but the latest generation of computer controlled machinery to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
In terms of materials, we only use locally procured raw materials from PG Bison, who produce MelaWood, MelaWood SupaGloss, Formica LifeSeal Worktops, SupaWood, BisonBord, DecoBord, Surface Innovations, Thesen and Woodline items. We also source from Sonae Novaboard, one of the largest wood-based panel producers in Africa, manufacturing particleboard (Chipboard), Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) melamine faced board and high pressure laminates. Our established relationship with these two providers means that we can provide our clients with a continuous supply of A Grade quality items, which means that our products are always of the highest quality.
All our units, cupboards and cabinets come in a variety of fade, scratch, and stain resistant colours.
