STEP 1
Making Contact
Once you have made contact with us either via telephone, email or by visiting a showroom nearest you; you will get to meet with one of our experienced Consultants to discuss your requirements.
STEP 2
Measure/Consultation
On contact, one of our experienced Design Consultants will set up an appointment with you and arrange that they come through and measure your space and discuss all your requirements as well as your design inspiration.
STEP 3
Design
Once we have been to your home to measure your space, we will begin designing your cupboard requirements with our 3D design software. Our aim is to have said designs to you within 48 hours however this may take up to a week as every design is unique and has to be individually created unit by unit on our design software.
STEP 4
Presentation/Quote
Once your design has been completed by our experienced consultants, you can expect a rendered presentation as well as a quotation on your chosen finishes which will then be emailed through to you for your perusal (please check with each individual branch as each branch may operate the quoting process differently), at this time we welcome your input as well as any potential requests for design and quotation changes.
STEP 5
Acceptance/Confirmation/Final Measurements
Once you are completely happy with your design, a deposit payment is required to secure your order. One of our site/installation specialists will then arrange a site visit to confirm all the measurements.
STEP 6
Final Documentation
Once the final site measurement has taken place, your allocated consultant will prepare all your documentation which will include the floor plan with all the measurements of your said space for the order which will then need to be signed off by yourself before production can commence.
STEP 7
Manufacture
Our Manufacturing facility will then begin production of your materials bearing in mind that certain materials have a longer manufacturing time which will be discussed with you whilst in the presentation/quote phase.
STEP 8
Installation
Once your materials have been manufactured, your allocated consultant will make contact with you to arrange a suitable installation date. Once this date has been scheduled and your progress payment has been made, our installation teams will arrive with all your materials ready for installation.
STEP 9
Inspection
Once your installation has been completed, your allocated Consultant will conduct a final site inspection and have you sign it off thereafter your balance payment will be due.
